HOW IT WORKS

Simple, clear, adapted to your family.

You contact us, we discuss your needs during a short exchange, then we implement the solution best suited to your family and your needs (childcare, coaching, or both).

Step 1: You contact us

Tell us your needs (nanny / babysitting / coaching), your area, and your availability.

Step 2: We clarify (10-15 min)

A short call to understand the situation, answer your questions, and guide you to the most suitable option.

Step 3: Start and follow-up

We confirm the most suitable support for you (childcare, coaching, or both). If it suits you, we start; otherwise, we will do our best to guide you towards other options.

About Elva Parenting

Elva comes from elv, “river” in Old Norse. A name I chose because water has always been an important element for me and because the river says a lot about what parenting is.

A river is movement, adaptation, calm, and agitation coexisting. It flows through, bypasses, nourishes. It doesn’t follow a perfect path; it follows its own path, at its own pace. And even when the current is difficult, it always keeps moving forward.

Becoming a parent means learning to navigate this movement: calm moments, difficult passages, pauses, transitions. My role is to support you on this journey and help you find your own rhythm, so that you can navigate, together, what family life brings you.

To support children, we must first support parents. This conviction led me to create Elva Parenting.
