About Anaïs

Support Understand Grow Together

Parenting is not a quest for perfection,
but a story of connection, understanding, and presence.

My name is Anaïs.

I am a certified early childhood educator (ES diploma), with over 12 years of experience working with children and families.

I am currently completing my parental coaching training at the Jai Institute for Parenting, with certification expected in summer 2026.

Since 2012, I have been working in the field of childhood and support. Very early on, I felt the need to move towards a concrete and human profession, in direct contact with children and their families.

Trained as a socio-educational assistant, then an early childhood educator, I worked for several years with children of different ages, in various care settings. These field experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of child development, as well as the daily reality of families.

Throughout my career, I realized that listening, support, and guidance were naturally part of my way of building relationships. By being close to children and their parents, it became clear to me that the difficulties encountered by children could not be understood without considering their family environment.

This observation gradually guided my professional path towards support that fully includes parents, in addition to working with children.

Today, I primarily support parents of young children (0–6 years old) who wish to better understand their child, strengthen their confidence, and navigate daily challenges with more clarity and serenity.

My Philosophy

To support children, it is essential to support parents.

Supporting parents to nurture the parent-child relationship and allow everyone to flourish. This conviction guides my daily work.

My approach is based on attachment theory, neuroscience, child development, and nervous system regulation. But above all, it rests on a simple idea: there is no perfect parent, and that is not the goal. What matters is the ability to create connection, even when it’s difficult.

Specifically, my support helps you understand what is happening with you and your child, identify your triggers, regain your calm in intense moments, and set clear boundaries.

My role is not to tell you how to parent. I am here to support you, guide you, and reveal what you already carry within you, with tools adapted to your family and your reality.
